use x264 64bit howto

Hi

I would like to know what I need to do in order to have a working x264, step by step.

I already asked for binaries (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=103008) but maybe I'm missinig things.

The commandline encoder works exactly the same. You'll probably want avisynth and the available 64-bit plugins. See ftp://squid80.no-ip.com
Note that resizing via avisynth is still really slow.
