Just got the movie and Dvddecrypter won't do it. I tried smartripper and I get a movie lock error. Anyone else have these problems?

The latest version of DVDFAB Decrypter should be able to do it now as well.

Did you use DVDFAB Decrypter and not DVDFAB copying program?

@rdefino
Hi!
DVDFAB didn't work.
Please clarify since, confusingly, there are three similarly named programs (Four, if you count the original, discontinued freeware DVDFab) - Did you use DVDFab Decrypter (Freeware), DVDFab Express (Commercial), or DVDFab Platinum (Commercial)?

Whoops, yes it is(according to "Fengtao's" site)! So, better add another confusing name to the list;>}

Well, when I ripped stealth with the new version it just crashed after ripping the first VIDEO_TS.VOB
So I created a PSL file for myself and anyone who wants it.

I am also working on Stealth movie. Here are the list of issue I'm getting.
1. Using DVD2SVCD 1.2.3 build 1, I was able to rip it and it produced VOB files. I'm planning to rip it and also burn it into a new (backup) DVD. When I played one (output) VOB file using WinDVD, its language is French. Why not English?
I'm talking about the voice itself not the subtitle. It's dubbed with French.
- So I need the instructions how to make sure that the VOB files would be English. Please help.
2. After the ripping, I would get about 5 VOB files and one IFO. How do I burn this into a DVD? Should I just burn it directly using Nero DVD-Video?
Please help.

What's confusing is, as I mentioned earlier in this thread, that there are FOUR current (and one discontinued) programs named "DVDFab-something"...

@Rabur
Hi!
When I played one (output) VOB file using WinDVD, its language is French. Why not English?
Playing INDIVIDUAL .VOBs can be misleading, because in that mode, the player software simply plays the FIRST audiostream it sees. If you have a software player such as WinDVD, playback as "DVD" (NOT individual .VOBs) - and you'll see (hear) that you don't really have the problem...

Thanks Setarip_Old - especially on your quick response.
So OK, I will let it all complete the whole ripping process. My next question is, how do I burn all the VOB files and the IFO into a DVD movie? Is there any other process that I still have to do or can I just burn it direct and put it all together in the video directory using Nero?

Why don't you go HERE (http://www.free-codecs.com/DVD_Decrypter_download.htm) and get this program and then go HERE (http://www.cdr-zone.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=33&sid=4c38118fbfbb00c7356cf4bfb7126f47) and get this file and be done with it. This is all you need to get it on DVD.

Unfortunately, all the methodologies mentioned either rely on PGCedit that no longer supports the functionality listed, or go to dead links as above. I thought I had an old vr. of PGCedit that had the old functionality, but unfortunately not.
But, CDR-Zone has just (for me, JUST, I'm a little s-l-o-w) enough info to get past the first speed bump. :stupid:

If you are referring to a link I posted as being dead, I am sorry you are very mistaken and should check your ISP. The DVDD download @ free-codecs is still very much alive and there is more than enough info posted at CDR-Zone to show you how to import the PLS2 file into DVDD. How much easier do you want it? You don't need PGCEdit for this title (US), just DVDD the PSL2 file and rip to your HD. Shrink has no problems importing ripped files and I have heard of no other programs complaining either!
