HC OPV Problem

I am trying to process a DVD using HC (tested with 3 different versions including the new 0.16 - all the same result). At 58% at the 'Analyzing' stage of ‘Phase 1’, HC encoder just stops. Its not crashed as I can click exit, then it carries on to the next stage. I have uploaded an image to try and show the settings etc.

Just tried running the same disc through a CCE 3-pass and this also failed at 38%. Heres the log and INF until the fail point:

Have you preprocessed the source in any way?

I tried with both a preprocessed (DVD Remake) and non-processed for HC and just the preprocessed for CCE.

Edit: Tried the non-processed with CCE and got the same result...
