Springsteen Born to Run Concert DVD

This is in regards to the Hammersmith Odeon, London '75 concert DVD that came with my Born to Run box set.

I'm trying to get the PCM tracks off as wavs (or any lossless format) from the DVD so I can either make an audio CD or convert to AAC for my iPod.

I have tried the various DVD audio extractors but I get a loud hiss over the sound.

I'm not sure if this is some type of copy protection or if I am doing something wrong since the tracks are PCM 48K 24bit 2ch.

Is there a special program I need? Any guides that I can pointed to?

I can extract the 5.1 AC3 just fine but of course, I want the PCM version.

Get the VOBs with DVDDecrypter. Then use DGIndex to extract the PCM tracks.

I actually tried demuxing the PCM stream with Decryptor and it made 3 big wav files.
That seem to do the trick.
