How can I turn a license-requiring WMV into a normal video?

I have a few videos that go through this "Acquiring license..." process when I try to watch them. I'd like to be able to watch them as a nomal video file, so I can watch it on my various machines (WinXP, FeatherLinux, etc).

Is there any tool I can use that will just get around this license stuff?
