GKnot can't find codec [Archive]

Hi!
I recently updated my codecs - I'm using the TBG codec pack, found at http://web.telia.com/~u17117584// - and since then GKnot can't find any codecs. I tried to reinstall GKnot, but still nothing. What is one to do?

Uninstall the codec pack, then reinstall the one from the Doom9 downloads page.

I ran Vidc.Cleaner, and now at least VirtualDub can find the codecs, but GKnot still can't.

Did you uninstall the codec pack, then install the one available from the Doom9 downloads page?
