WMV9 problem

I have a 5GB file of a video from Premiere Pro 1.5 in Intel YUV codec. I use MS Encoder for generated WMV files. Problem is that each time when file is written and I play it, at some parts the video and sound freeze but player is still playing it (MS Media Player or MS Classic tested). With each file it is a different place where it freezes. If I move the progress slider a tad further, it plays well the rest...

Any advice?
