good and cheap standalone dvd player

hi, I am looking for a cheap DVD player(standalone), must be prog scan, component connexion, play Vid x, X vid, and AVI files .
must read any files!!!! is that possible??

around 100 $ or less.

Walmart in North Amerrica has a unit made by Diamond ($35 CDN) it plays everythying I throw at it including Pal, its also region free.

i know there are several cheap brands here such as cobolt and telefunken which do what you stated. even the LG dv9723p has dropped in price to being more reasonable.

you will have to hunt for what brands and models are actually sold where you live because not all brands or models are sold worldwide.
