basic dvd authoring software

what are some basic dvd authoring programs that has a choice to create a title menu or not. im looking for something that will just make auto chapters and doesnt have to have a menu. because dvd-lab pro is not reading the aspect ratio correctly of my video, my video is stretched.

An easy one to use is Ulead DVD Workshop 2, download the update for it too, that will allows auto chapters to be created
