This is a very interesting dvd player and it looks like a few things are being done to it already.

I picked up 2 of them yesterday
essentially its 5.1 audio plays divx with subtitles and has a 7 in 2 card reader

is a link to make it region free

http://people.freenet.de/Targa/festplatteneinbau.htm
is an even more interesting link to add a hard drive I think essentially the player has a usb cable to the 7 in 2 card reader and this hack replaces the card reader with a hard drive.

Now I don't read german so well but I would guess it means that there is a generic usb bulk storage device reader built in to the players firmware.

what has really got me thinking is that this player has a CF slot and here i am with a CF wifi card.

Could this player be hacked to allow the CF Wifi to work?
It would be really nice to allow it access to networked storage and play divx and mp3 direct from your pc :)

Finally right now these are available for £19.99 which is a pretty amazing price for a divX capable player.

Anyone know anymore about these players ?
