I'm looking for something that can read the matrix used in an mpeg2 stream and save it as a comma seperated textfile.

I already used search, I didn't get any results.

Neuron2 did a neat tool that just performs (almost) what you want:QuantDump (http://neuron2.net/dgmpgdec/quantdump10.zip).

("almost" - I mean that elements from matrices are separeted for blank spaces).

Once dumped with quantdump, he can convert to comma separated with CQME (by LigH)

And if you don't like working in DOS (I don't), then open the MPEG-2 in DGIndex (also by neuron2) and go Options->Log Quant Matrices, and then File->Save Project:
