Hi all,
I've just today got a new HDTV capture card, and am trying to make some tv rips (just to see if I can). I'm using the capture program which came with the card to save the .ts, then using PVAStrumento to demux, DGIndex to create project, and Gordian knot to create an .avs. So, the problem - it seems as if most of the streams I capture are at 50fps progressive (not interlaced). the DivX codec seems to have a rather large problem with that. I can manually setup virtualdubmod to decimate it by a factor of 2, but I'd rather not have to do all that manually every time. Is there a simple way of performing this conversion? Can I use one of the avs filters to do this?
thanks in advance..
