Has anyone found any settings that work using MeGui for converting video to the PSP?
by the way thanks Doom9 for such a great program.

check out sharktooth's megui profiles: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=101813
Naturally, they can't account for input resolution, the idiotic filenaming scheme and the MP4 specs perversion that's needed to get a file working on the PSP.

thanks those are really helpful. Hopefully sony will one day unlock the PSP's screen, but I doubt it.

I'm confused  but if I use the x264-psp do I still need to run the mp4 file produced through atomchanger? I have the impression that x264-psp was only making sure that only the options appropriate to the psp were used (taking a wild guess, but I don't thin I could use 5 or 10 b-frames). But then what is the difference btw the psp profile and using x264-psp? Still confused

there's no difference. i added it for completeness.
the psp profile ensures your video has the correct settings to be played back by your psp. you still need to run atom changer after you mux the audio though or your psp will not be able to read it (damn sony) at all.
