I'm a newbie :)) I installed the Auto Gknot pack 2.20 and the DVD decrypter. I ripped the movie with the decrypter and when I try to preview or rip with the auto gknot I get the error below.

Hello, and welcome to the forum.

A quick search with that error message showed several types of problems. A very long time ago, there were some problems with Windows locales that used commas instead of periods in floating point numbers.

More recently, and far more likely, you have an Arccos protected DVD that needs special handling. Those can roduce that error. See the humungous AutoGK announcement thread, starting with this particular post:

I can see that d2v file is not ended properly, so AutoGK is unable to process it. You might wanna report this in DGIndex forum.
