Hello,

Upon previewing the created avs-file I noticed the color-space-converter was being used. The image produced stunned me really. It's much better than the XviD backup I made! Somehow the XviD backup becomes pretty blurry/vague, I also tried some of these color correction options within the hidden options of AutoGK, but they don't make such a big difference compared to the image produced with the color-space-converter DSfilter.
The image below shows what I mean (of course the blurry/vague one is the Xvid backup)

Now my question is, is AutoGK able to produce an image just like the color-space-converter one? Because I guess many would agree that that one looks the best.

Also I would like to know if it would be possible within the next update of AutoGK to implement the option to set a "Custom size (KB):" ?
That I would really appreciate!

if u are talking about Custom File Size of movie in autogk .. It is working fine .. you can set whatever file size u require for the encoded file

Only in MB's. I'd like the option to enter a more specific filesize in KB's due to vorbis audio which I'll mux afterwards in an MKV container.
For instance, if I first encode the audio to vorbisaudio which gives me a filesize of 62718KB, I'd like to enter custom filesize in AutoGK of 654082KB.

Btw. Is it also possible to make an option available in AutoGK which allows you to set the audio samplerate to 44100Hz (in case of VBR/CBR MP3 of course). Because at the moment the MP3 audio created with AutoGK is always 48000Hz.

Anybody an idea how I can enhance the image quality

[edit]I've discovered that the vague image quality was a decoding issue. The VMR9 renderless (and most of the others as well) is to blame for that. "System default" gives the pure image quality! (program: Media Player Classic / Zoom Player)

I dont know if lame encoder behaves that way outside AGK, but when you choose lower bitrates audio is resampled at 44.1khz. but beware that too low bitrates will get it to 32khz and that kind of shit...
I think that if you choose anything below 128, resulting source will be 44.1 (for lower bitrates like 96 or 112 VBR is highly recommended

Well I would have hoped they could add an SSRC option or alike to alter the samplerate, so that has nothing to do with the MP3 encoder.
Also a "Custom size (KB)" I whould have really appreciated, but I really regret what has been said in this thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=102776)!
I do really hope they can still make one update though! :(
