Okay today i stayed home from school, and i went to my piggy bank and had some money which i was saving up for a Sony Upright dvd burner which is $200+ but today i went to newegg and saw a LiteOn for $80 so i ordered one its external.

Here are the specs- I need some help on the spec's i have no idea what some things mean(questions at the bottom):

Okay here is my question what is Dual Layer and Double Layer. Is dobule layer teh one where you can burn two sides of the disc. Like flip the disk over and burn one side and then flip it again and burn the othe side. Or does it mean i can burn up to 8gigs of stuff.
