hi
i have a dvd here with 3 hours video on a low bitrate dvd9.
now i want to reencode the video but the encoded bitrate would be way too less, so i htought about converting the pcm audio which is 1 1/2 gigabyte to ac3 audio which would be only around 300 mb. is this possible ? and after convert will there be quality issues in sound ??
how to reauthor the dvd then ? and how to calculate the right bitrate or does scenaid notices the differnce in size ? :)
