Hello all. Hopefully someone can help me because I can't seem to find the answer to my problem anywhere.

My problem is that none of the features in AC3 filter ever work on my system. I have an Audigy 2 and I've tried just about everything.

In AC3 filter, none of the graphs ever work, normalising or gain functions never do anything, in the bitsream information, all teh info stats @ 0 with 1+1 - Dual mono in the channel info.

It doesn't matter if I use WMP, Winamp, DivX player, AC3 filter never does anything. I get sound, I just can't manipulate it which means whever I watch something with quiet AC3 sound, usually the amps are up @ the 3 o'clock position, all the volumes are all the way up on the PC.

Tis all very frustrating. Can anyone shine any light on my problem? I have also done approx 6 or 7 fresh windows installs, nothing to do with AC3 filter, usually new, bigger hdd or windoze rot or something similar. In each install, AC3 filter has never worked properly.

Use Graphedit and make it render automatically an .ac3 file. Then send the filters connection layout so that we can see what type of rendering are u using.
Also, send your Audigy to config specs (EAX, speaker setting, etc.) and PC specs (microprocessor, MB, etc).
I have an Audigy 2 ZS and combined with AC3Filter they work f******g great. Maybe i can help.
