Hi!
as soon as I hit Begin Output, it just automatically shuts down the program and creates empty video and audio folders.

1) Are you SURE it's shutting down - or are you possibly just not giving it a chance to "do its thing"?

2) Does the program generate any error messages at any point in the process?

3) Is your MPEG in DVD-compliant format?

4) Is this a purchased version, a free 30 day trial version - or a version from "another source" other than the publisher, Pegasys?

Hi,
yes it just disappears without any error messages. so i check the output folder and i see volume#, click in it i see audio and video folders but empty. yes my mpeg is dvd compliant and it is a program installed, not a retail free trial version. any ideas???

it is a program installed

I hate to push the point but again, is this a purchased version, or a version from "another source" other than the publisher, Pegasys?

Also what is the version number you are using?

its a version from another source

Then it's probably corrupt, incomplete, or worse...
