A few years ago I backed up a dvd i bought, and know when the time unfortannaly hascarrived (A pal of mine broke it) I want to put it on a couple of svcd's. The resolution of a svcd doesn't match with the movies' resolution and my dvd-player doesn't change resolution with svcd. (Crapy situation huh) So if I can put black bars above and below my movie I can burn them porper on svcd.
But I don't know how to do.
