i think that's the correct saying, anyway; it seems someone is taking the term "unlimited dvd rentals" among other things, a little to literally, and decided to sue netflix

Unfortunatelly it is not rare practice - to 'give' something for 'free', and then user must struggling with administration to cancel it. Some phone companies in Hungary use something similar.
