Start by checking the drive letter settings to make sure it didn't assign it a letter that's already used. What's your operating system?

That's why I asked, it's hard to find.
Right-click My Computer and select Manage, then click Disk Management. Each drive should be listed there if it's in Device Manager, whether or not it shows under My Computer. To change the drive letter, right-click it and follow the prompts. If this doesn't work, it's possible the program you used has wiped the drive - using Windows, the only way to remove partitions is to format it.

It won't "prompt you," you right-click the drive and select "Change drive letter and paths..." then select the drive and click Change.
