The torrent is completely legal and is available on the site, I just linked it to make things a little easier. The video is nicely done and could be quite informative to people who haven't been keeping track of such things. It is in the quicktime H.264 format. If you don't have quicktime you can remux it with yamb (you need to rename it to .mp4 in order to do this) or you could watch it with quicktime alternative or Mplayer.
