caption problems

im having problems with the captions on my dvds. i used dvd shrink to re-author the dvd and for some reason the captions run durning the whole movie that i just burned. is there anyway to turn this off or to not include it in the dvd please let me know. sorry if its a dumb ? im still a newbie and still learning

Try using the "subtitles" button on your remote control...
