I've downloaded and installed the newest D.S. and tryed to make a Dvd from an Avi file (352x288 Pal ), everything looks fine untill CCE 2.67 starts, then I get a Frame rate 772x56 is not supported and the process freeze with an error message text. I donīt know why? I've ECL1.81 and Avisynth 2.56 (bundled with DS), I also installed Aspi for WinXp but the problem remains. After that I pick another avi and did another convertion but the same happened.
Could you give me some ideas to solve this problem. Thanks.

That means you are throwing an error in avisynth. Always use preview in the conversion tab before starting an encode to make sure you do not have an error. Are you using D2SRoBa with conditional filtering on? If so see my post in that thread.

Also, go to your working directory and attempt to play the AVS file there. You should see an error message that may help you figure out what is going on.

Thanks for your replyed DDogg, I played the .avs in WMP and gave me this error "AVISource:couldn't locate a decompressor for fourcc divx (C:\...\DVD2SVCD\Movie\Avisynth_Script_file.avs, line2)"
Does it mean that the avi file is not supported by D2S or something else?

It means that avisynth could not open the file using an the avisource command.
If you can play the file back you probably have a directshow decoder on your system for divx playback.

Try the Problems specific to AVI's sticky for a possible solution.

Install the XVid codec and make sure and select the option that tells it to decode Divx.
