Do you mean in straight x264 binary or QuickTime Component? BullitB has one up at berlios.de but you still have to compile from source.

Why don't you get a compiler? For example Apple's Xcode (http://developer.apple.com/tools/xcode/) includes GCC and can be downloaded for free (although you must register for ADC membership). Then there is Fink (http://fink.sourceforge.net/). Compiling is not hard after you get the right development tools installed.

Oh man how could you have a Mac and not have GCC installed?? That should be illegal. You have got to install Xcode and X11. You must harness the power of UNIX and OS X. Seriously all you have to do is ./configure make make install. You'll love it.
