Indeed, this is a nice addition to ffdshow. Hopefully now more custom matrices will appear and I'm really happy I can use now Sharktooth's high bitrate matrix (I usually encode above 1500 kbps) without worries that others won't be able to play it. :thanks:

Good I wait for ffdshow compilation by CelticDruid.
Is it possible using Media Player Classic now?

I have tried with this build ffdshow-20051025 Nightly Builds playng a file x264 video codec with CQM, FAAC audio codec in MKV container using Media Player Classic 6.4.8.4 but I got this exception when MPC is opening:

Applicazione che ha provocato l'errore mplayerc.exe, versione 6.4.8.4, modulo che ha provocato l'errore ffdshow.ax, versione 1.0.2.153, indirizzo errore 0x0006f65f.

H.264 -> libavcodec
AAC -> realaac

maybe someone simply compiled libavcodec and replaced it with the old one from cd, which is NOT something you can do!
ffdshow needs its own libavcodec compile (from ffdshow cvs)

Go here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=728847#post728847) to download clsid's ffdshow build. It supports cqm.
