Recently I bought a new LCD TV (the above mentioned 27WL56P) and connected it to my PC via DVI/HDMI. Now my problem is that the picture if for example backgrounds with little details and only different lighting appear,these different shades of the background colour start to block (like the fogs and so on in 16bit rendering).
So, my question is if anyone else has this problem on his LCD and if there's a workaround or sth.

PS: I bought this one because it was one of the best in the 26/27" LCD test on tomshardware.de, a website I trust because they always have accurately researched articles on hardware
