Hello Everyone,

Just found your excellent forum. I have a Sony DRX 710UL DVD Burner. I am currently using "123 DVD Copy" as my DVD software of choice. I have tried a good dozen times to burn a dvd using this program. After roughly 20 minutes on FAST speed it has only read 0.3 % of the DVD I wish to copy. DMA is on. I have had no problems burning music with this burner. Can someone help me figure out what my problems are?

Kind regards,

Todd

You should probably start by throwing out "123 DVD Copy." The one time I managed to get output files from it, the quality was terrible. DVD Decrypter (to rip) and DVD Shrink (to compress DVD9 to DVD5) is probably the easiest and one of the best methods, and they're both free.

Hello,

Thank-you for the quick responses! I had a funny feeling my software program could be the issue. Both my brother and Father have had 123 DVD Copy for awhile and had no problems relating to DVD copy quality or software related problems. I will give Dvd Decrypter/ Dvd Shrink a try.

Thank-you for your time,

Todd

Both programs worked AWESOME! 123 DVD COPY DVD is in the garbage.

Thank-you both!
