Very low video speed

I decrypt the *.vob files from my miniDV i convert them to mpg and i edit them in Premiere Pro.But when i export the video (or using the encoder) the result is a video with a very low speed!It's like in slow motion!Can anyone help me?

Instead of so many steps, try renaming the .vob to .mpg before importing it into Premiere. As long as you have the MPEG-2 plugin it should read them.

Secondly, what was your chosen output format? It's possible to have an odd product if you've selected a codec that's not fully compatible with Premiere, improperly installed or configured, or needs a filter to view properly.
