Hi
I am not very experienced with this whole scene but have some idea. My currecnt question is how to convert AVI to DVD in the best possible way. I have a number of different AVI's which I would like to put on a DVD in the best quality possible. I would prefer not to join them but leave them all seperate and somehow create a menu to select each episode.

I have some high quality avi backup rips of a Polish movie for a friend and its on 3 cd's. My next problem is that i would like to convert these to a DVD and I dont think that having them seperate is realy that necesary. The issue I have is that I would like to add selectable subtiles and a menu to the DVD for an Aussie mate. Apparetnyl I can get the subtitles from different websites on the internet so I guess the problem would be syncing the subs with movie and then putting it on dvd with menu so i can turn them off.
Also I am pretty sure that these AVI's have like 5.1 or something as in VLC i set the audio from SPDIF to stereo for it too work. I would like to retain the best audio if possible.

Mainly I am after getting the highest quality conversion so time isnt a problem for me. Any help with this would be great.
Cheers

We don't help with downloaded materials. See forum rule 6.
