I'm trying to convert an NTSC audio track to PAL but can't get this soundtouch thing to work. I'm using BeLight 0.2.2.0 beta 8. Here's the output log:

BeSweet v1.5b31 by DSPguru.
--------------------------
Using azid.dll v1.9 (b922) by Midas (midas@egon.gyaloglo.hu).
Using SoundTouch.dll v1.3.0 by Olli Parviainen (www.iki.fi/oparviai/soundtouch).

Logging start : 10/25/05 , 17:54:15.

BeSweet.exe -core( -input C:\Temp\AudioFile_80.ac3 -output E:\AudioFile_80.wav -6ch -logfile C:\Temp\AudioFile_80.log ) -azid( -s stereo -c normal -L -3db ) -soundtouch( -r 29970 25000 )

[00:00:00:000] +------- BeSweet -----
[00:00:00:000] | Input : C:\Temp\AudioFile_80.ac3
[00:00:00:000] | Output: FL, FR, SL, SR, C, LFE
[00:00:00:000] | Floating-Point Process: No

As you can see, it doesn't get very far. It immediately says "transcoding finished" and writes six 0-byte wav files. Can anyone shed some light on what's wrong? Failing that, is there any alternative tool that can create 6 wav files with the correct framerate conversion?

Thanks.

The sound track for NTSC is the same for PAL, you don't need change the audio. Change only the video to match the same duration in NTSC and PAL.

To change the audio duration you can use SoundTouch only for stereo, don't work with mono or multichannel wav's.
