you can play these streams in your browser without the need to install any player (like quicktime, realplayer or whatever)

see them here (http://www.research.ibm.com/mpeg4/Demos/DemoSystems.htm)I tried a few of these files.... and after plucking them out of my "Temporary Internet Files" folder, I noticed they all have an ".m4x" file extension!

Did you manage to find any samples with decent motion video?
