transport stream to film rate clips (23.976 fps) error???

Hi,
I have 1080i.ts

I use newest DGIndex to put it into avisynth.

When I honor flags I receive 29.97 fps video with 3:2 prog:inter. as described everywhere.
When I force film, I receive 23.976 fps progressive, BUT

sometimes there is interlaced frame, sometimes there is even missing progressive frame which was present and interlaced one is there instead, sometimes there are two same frames after each other. It happens sometimes every 1000 frames, sometimes there is whole series of 3:1 or 2:2. The "error" frequency changes during movie but never disappear

Any Idea?

The source is not cleanly flagged 3:2 source. You have two options:

1. Use FF but apply FieldDeinterlace(full=false) as a postprocessor.

2. Use Honor Pulldown Flags and then do an external IVTC such as with Decomb.
