hey !
my question is if AutoGK can do De-interlacing ? if not what should i use instead ?

Yes. If your source is detected as interlaced, AutoGK will de-interlace. And why didn't you try this yourself before asking here?

because i dont have a fast computer for encoding .. so i wanted to be sure first .... anywayz thanx ...but after the encode it is possible to check in the XviD is still interlaced ?

You don't need a fast computer to cut a sample VOB, encode it and see. After encoding, load the file into VirtualDubMoD/Nandub and step thru the movie frame-by-frame to see if you detect interlaced frames/combing.
