Good encoder for Interlaced films?

I have searched for 1 hour now and alot of folks says that ProCoder is best for interlaced. Well, it was old threads so can someone recommend me a good (or best) encoder for interlaced films???

QuEnc, CCE, ProCoder should all be good. i haven't tried HC on interlaced stuff (i heard ages ago there were some weird motion-vectors going on, but that's probably not the case anymore).

I've used hank's latest test version for HC with my interlaced encodes. No problems whatsoever (apart from that weird underflow problem which is now fixed:)) and to my eyes looks better than CCE's result in terms of blockiness. Auto GOP gives a nice quality boost if you got lots of (almost) static scenes.
