DVD DL burned freezing toward end of movie

Hi I am using the Plextor 716a DL burner and One Click DVD copy to burn DL DVDs onto Memorex DL media. I have burned about 4 movies and in each one toward the end around ch 14-17 the playback freezes and in all my dvd drives/players says it cannot read disc. Usually this happens in a chapter toward the end of the movie. If I skip it the rest is usually fine although it happens more than once on some dvds. Please help I have also tried burning an ISO and then writing it and same problem.

1) You might try burning at a lower speed

2) In many postings regarding DL burnable media (at this forum and others), it's been indicated that, presently, Verbatim DL DVD+Rs are perhaps the only reliable DL media

3) You might want to try playing these problematic burned DVDs in several other players, to make certain that the problem isn't with your player

I've been buying Verbatim and Memorex DL DVD's when on sale and have been getting them for around $1.50 to $2.00 per disk. So far I've burned about 5 Verbatum's with no failures and about 20 Memorex with only one failure and that was my own fault. Is it really the media or is it the software-hardware-operator that makes the difference between a good copy and a coaster? I use DVD Decrypter, ImageToolBurn and I never use shrink compression. I've also burned about 40 DVD+R disks with 2 failures using Verbatim, Memorex and house special disks. Maybe I've just been a very lucky beginner.
