On a regular basis I'm capturing 3-4 hour long videos with which I go through and cut out highlight clips from. I usually end up with 30-40 clips per capture and I encode all of my clips with Divx.
In my experience I've been able to achieve the best results with a smaller file size using a 2-pass method with these particular clips. However, this task is rather tedius and time consuming because I have to constantly switch back and forth between my first pass settings and my second pass settings in the Divx codec configuration for each clip.
Is there any way that I can simply do a single save-as and have VDub know to add a first pass and a second pass to my job que with pre-configured settings for each pass?
In the Divx settings I can save profiles for each pass, but then I still have to go in and change back and forth from 1 profile to another to manually add each pass into the job que.
Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
