Problem with DivX 6.0.3

I have just installed new version and now MPEG1 video stream are not rendered using divx but microsoft MPEG1 render that's very poor. Same problem as I have installed version 6.0. What can I do?

divx doesnt have an mpeg1 renderer... and i cant see anything obviously wrong with the one from MS.

DivX NEVER decoded MPEG-1... however if you dont like the MS decoder, try FFDShow.

I'am sure seeing the divx icon on the toolbar playing these files.
Perhaps using the xvid decoder. With MSDecoder or ffdshow these videos are not rendered well, seems that many frames are lost.

if DivX was decoding them, they are not MPEG1. XviD cant decode MPEG1 either.

Open your file with GSpot; it should tell you its format, and show you your rendering options.
