Hey guys, im a newbie at this whole dvd ripping crack but i have been using dvd decrypter and dvd shrink in combo to burn directly from dvd. however i recently bought the archos av700 dvr and it only accepts mpeg4 formats for dvd files. seeing as how dvd shrink produces ISO files do you know any way that i can convert these to mpeg4 or even a way of getting mpeg4 directly from ripping?? thanks ;)

You'll need an image drive such as Daemon tools to mount the .ISO file, then rip with DVD Decrypter and convert with AutoGK (for example).

Hi!
seeing as how dvd shrink produces ISO files
When using DVD Shrink you don't have to create an .ISO image. You can instead set it to output a DVD "package" of files (.IFOs, .BUPs, and .VOBs)...

No need to use DVD Shrink in a DVD to MPEG4 conversion, you can just rip to hard drive with DVD Decrypter (file mode) and then open them with whatever software you use for the conversion (Gordian Knot, AutoGK, FairUse etc.?).
