hi sajlc and welcome to the forum!
we will need a lot more information to diganose your problem, however you can set us on the right path by telling us:
1) which version of muxman are you using?
2) which version of scenaid are you using?
3) did you do any pre-processing of the source dvd?
could you also please post you muxman.log which should be located in your scenaid folder of your demux directory.
thanks

thanks for that.
i will preempt dest by requesting that you also attach your scenaid .mxp file as well.
by the looks of things, this is causing you the problems:Reference to non-existant scene "VTS_02_V18_C2" from PGC "VTS2_Title18_PGC18"
cheers

If you also have access to Scenarist you could see if it will compile the scenarist script. That way we could rule out an mxp script error.

The cell that was not created was requested for 00:00:30:23 and the audio duration of 1950 fields (32.5 seconds) is long enough. So that can only mean the video, the duration of which is set to actual, ended prematurely. Can you upload F:\DVDFabDecrypter_Temp\aDVD_TEST\Scenaid\NewD2V\VTS__02_P18.I-BFF.4~3_1.mpv.m2v

So it seems the asset is ok. Maybe you can check if there's an (obvious) difference between the muxman and scenarist script (only for this asset of course).

Perhaps the seq_end_code has been set at the end of a GOP, so muxman has terminated the mux early, wheras Scenarist has 1) skipped over it, or 2) removed the seq_end_code at this time frame. This is why mpucoder would have liked the file to confirm that this has happened.

This is why I keep MuxMan 0.11c available - it was the last to have the "profile" option. This produces a much smaller file that describes all the headers.
0.11c can be downloaded directly from http://www.mpucoder.com/Muxman/muxman_0_11c.zip
Using the GUI add just the video file (F:\DVDFabDecrypter_Temp\aDVD_TEST\Scenaid\NewD2V\VTS__02_P18.I-BFF.4~3_1.mpv.m2v) and check "make profile?". Since it will do a multiplex you need to give it a folder for that, then click "Start". After it's done look for c:\muxman.mxl This is a binary file readable only by a utility I have, so maybe just email it to muxman (at) mpucoder (dot) com

Unfortunately 0.11c was not as tolerant of gop length as newer versions and failed. 15M is not too large for my email system, if you want to send the file there.

that file is to big for my email server...
