I made an AVC from a DVD using AutoAC, but this program always makes the auido very low in sound. So now I just extracted the audio and video tracks and I would like to know how to make the volume of the audio mp4 louder. The codec is aac and when I rip it, it comes out as audio.aac

Alright so when I split the mp4 it spit out KoH_track1.mp4 and KoH_track2.mp4. Are you saying that the KoH_track2.mp4 (which is the audio track) is really an AAC. If so here's my results:

I tried using command line and the mp3gain gui using aacgain as the exe and both gave me an error saying that "KoH_tack2.mp4 is not a valid mp4 or mpa file" Any ideas?

I just used AutoAC. I put in the vob and it does everything for you. So I don't see it because it auto muxes. When I play it with quicktime or itunes I'm pretty sure it is reconized as an AAC though.

Here's what I typed:

aacgain /r "track2.mp4" "audio.mp4"
