fire fox question

i have a little problem i have a few programs that got cancled while downloading in the little fire fox window. i closed it so now i cant delete them cuz it says its being used by another program. can anyone tell me how to get rid of them? :eek:

Try the cleanup button in the download window of FireFox

yeah that cleans up the recent download but i have closed that window by accident and restarted my comuter so i dont think it will work, but ill try anyhow
