Gentleman...
I seem to have run into a bit of a problem...
i have an LG GSA-5163D external burner.
it seems that the SOB decided that it does not want to recgonise blank
SUNKYO DVD+R ... it has previoiusly burnt on them with no diffculties.
the burner can read and play all other discs with no probs, just that on my computer it comes up as 0 free space .

i have tried to solve this issue up to a week ago, and have got no where, so i decided to let the experts have a go..:)

i am sitting here waiting for anyone generous advice....

thank you.

Well , the problem is that i cant burn from my HD, cause when i use the "SEND TO _____ drive: " it cant do it. also when i put a disk in the pC and tried to burn to the burner it asked for a blank disk...even tough there was one in there?? could it be a firmware issure?

@toom

Hi!

1) Is it only one disc or several that create this behaviour?

2) Is it possible you've tried to use this disc previously in an unsuccessful burn (In which case, it may now be useless)?
