Hi. I am trying to take a backup of my set of "The Ultimate Matrix (Limited Collector's Edition) Collection". I am using the Big3 guide from this site. The set contains 10 disks. However, out of the 4 DVDs I tried to backup, I was only successful in backing up one. Something or the other went wrong with the other three. Looking at the success rate, I am also considering using some other program to backup my DVDs. I am going to try the Big3 process on all the disks and am thinking of using DVD-RB on the ones that fail.

My question is: Can DVD-RB rip menus as well? I want to maintain the basic structure of the disks intact, so the menus are very important for me. Thanks.

DVD-RB does 1:1 copies as far as structure is concerned...

Thanks. I will try DVD-RB then. Do I have to read anything else or the DVD-RB guide on this site good enough to rip menus and everything else?

Doom9's DVD Rebuilder Guide (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/dvdrb.htm) will tell you the software needed, supply download links, and finally, show you how to set it all up and use them. If you get stuck, post back here or in the DVD Rebuilder Forum.
