I wanna point out that in 1.01pro , else if i check or uncheck "SKIP PREPARE PHASE IN BATCH MODE" it skips the prepare phase - I tried with default - teck - rockas skin (firstly I thought it was a skin-related issue) with same results ever.

That's strange, youre saying If I get you right: DVD-RB-PRO 1.01FINAL always skips the prepare phase.

I didn't touvh this option and use batch processing with up to 10 batchjobs and it always DOES the prepare phase.

Maby it skips the prepare phase if DVD-RB-PRO sees in some way it's already doen,but that sounds not logical because that would make the setting obsolete....

But I didn't touch the setting and always have prepare phase executed in batch.

Maybe a new installating will help, it's done easily ?

Look at the REBUILDER.INI file with a text-editor and llok for the setting in it.

I don't know it's name, but JDOBBS uses most of the time logical easy names, so you would find something like SKIP_PREPARE_IN_BATCH with a 0 or 1 after it or semething like that.

Compare it to a original INI file, as I have AlWAYS proeprocessing in batch.

Maybe toggling this option disables it, I can just give suggestions.

Looking in the INI tells you always what's really going on.

Look at the REBUILDER.INI after you LOAD a batch job. I't should then reflect all project settings such as this one.

Are you sure you SAVED the project file again after toggling this option ???

Otherwise it will not work.

Maybe so , but I was needing to redo all the process , so it's an issue for me !!!

Try some other things I suggested. For me it never happened with DVD-RB-PRO 1.01FINAL, but as I said I never toggled the option !


Just to make clear: If you disable it, save the project again, still the prepare pahse was skipped, or did I get that wrong ?

The "Skip Prepare" option is saved with the Project File. So make sure you are resetting it. For example, if you clicked on "skip" and saved a project, then unclicked it, and then reloaded the project -- it would be set again.

When you start each job in batch mode, a project file is loaded, including the setting of the "skip" option. Make sure the option is set to the way you want it just before saving the project. You could also open the project file with a text editor and see its state. If you find "SkipPrepare=1" -- then it has been selected for that job.

I just tested it several times and it works correctly.
