Automatic sequence marker creation in AP?

Any idea how to force Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 to automaticly set sequence (and also chapter) marker to beginning of new clip in sequence? Have like ton of AVIs from DV tapes and want to make DVD with chapters at beginning of each clip and really dont like the idea of setting all that markers manually.

Hope there is some solution :)
