dvb to flaskmpeg stuttering sound

greetings, i use a dvb pal digital tv card its an avermedia, and when i capture a tvshow i put into flaskmpeg and make it into an xvid, then i change the sound to just a standard mp3, however apon playback the video is fine , but the audio is stuttering so bad,, Its fine in virtual dub but virtual dub takes long time, flask
is quicker ,
Has anyone had the same prob with digital dvb ac3 broadcast using flaskmpeg
