VOB > 1gb as source

i have all these vobs (larger than 1gb) WITHOUT any bup or ifo files. they were ripped with smartripper i think.

now i need to author a simple dvd (no menu, single vts), with each of these vobs as one chapter.

when i import these vobs into TDA 1.6 and try to author, it hangs with some kind of memory leak. maybe because they are larger than 1gb or because they are without the propper ifo and bup structure.

so what is the easiest way to author this dvd? most author software i have tried does not like vob as source (ie. muxman, dvd-lab, ...)

Try loading them all into DGIndex and then demuxing the elementary streams, which you can then pass to your authoring program.
