When installing Autogk v1.96, there were optional software(avisyth, vobsub), and I notice that when upgrading to v2.1.8.1, no such option all. So should I install them at the beginning(v.1.96)? Are they necessary for Autogk to function? I guess vobsub is not necessary, since it is use for subtitle that I don't need. But how about the avisyth?

Version 2.18.1 is only an upgrade from the stable 1.96 version, so as there had been no changes to avisynth or vobsub they are not in the upgrade. You can't just install 2.18.1 if 1.96 hasn't already been installed.

Having said this the new stable version 2.20 has just been released. This is the final version as len0x has now ceased development on AGK.

v2.2 is out. I am going to re-install. Should I also install the Avisyth application?

2.20 update doesn't even contain avisynth, so nothing to reinstall...

I have rush to uninstall the 2.1.8.1 beta and download the full 2.2 already. Thanks for advice, len0x :p
